.AN ARCTIC AIR MASS WILL CONTINUE TO OVERSPREAD THE AREA THIS
AFTERNOON CAUSING BITTERLY COLD TEMPERATURES... LAKE EFFECT SNOW
SHOWERS... AND BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY
DIMINISH THIS AFTERNOON...RESULTING IN DECREASING BLOWING AND
DRIFTING SNOW. AS A RESULT...THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY HAS BEEN
ALLOWED TO EXPIRE FOR AREAS OUTSIDE OF LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS.
STEADY OR SLOWLY FALLING TEMPERATURES WILL KEEP WIND CHILLS
BITTERLY COLD THIS AFTERNOON...AND SUBSEQUENTLY FALLING TO

FROSTBITE OF EXPOSED SKIN CAN OCCUR IN A MATTER OF MINUTES IN
