An Indiana State Police trooper was driving in fully marked patrol car this morning at five to 10 mph in near-white-out conditions, when an idiot in a minivan passed the trooper. The trooper cited the 54-year-old man for Speed Too Fast for Existing Road Conditions. Read the full story in an ISP news
