.LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL CONTINUE EARLY THIS MORNING BUT WILL
BEGIN TO DIMINISH FROM WEST TO EAST DURING THE LATE MORNING AND
AFTERNOON. ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE
TODAY...WITH THE HEAVIEST AMOUNTS EXPECTED SOUTH AND EAST OF A
LINE FROM NEAR LOGRANSPORT TO FORT WAYNE TO DEFIANCE OHIO.

WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE TODAY FROM THE NORTHEAST AT 10 TO
20 MPH. THIS WILL CREATE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WHICH WILL KEEP
ROADS SNOW COVERED...SLICK AND HAZARDOUS. WINDS WILL BECOME
NORTH LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND GRADUALLY DIMINISH BY EVENING.
